Your Cdim7 chord is not constructed properly.  To be properly notated
will only take slight modification of what you have provided.  First of 
all, a seventh chord (of any kind) must have a 1, 3, 5, and 7.  Since we
are talking about somekind of C chord, the notes must be some kind of
C, some kind of E, some kind of G and some kind of B.  In this example,
you were defining the notes of a Cdim7 chord which are C, Eb, Gb, Bbb--
not C, A, Eb and F# that you had.  What you had written, would be a 
1, 6, 3, and 4 which is a theoretically incorrect way to write that 
chord.
