    I bought my copy of "Harmonicas, Harps, and Heavy Breathers" at Little
    Professor Book Stores - It was their only copy so I asked if they were
    going to re-order. They said they automatically re-order when a book is
    sold. I told them I would be sending people there to buy it - hope they
    stock more than one this time.
