The things I hear about HIP make me think that it must be something very good but unfortunately I do not live in the USA. Would it be possible to get it out- side the USA, without having to spend a lot of money to transfer the subscriptio n fees from the Netherlands to the USA? How much would it cost and how many times a year does it appear? Bart de Boer.
