Harp transcription book

Hi
Some time ago I read about a new book called Blues Harmonica Collection by
David McKelvy ( pub Hal Leonard Music ) with transcriptions of Sonny Boy II
and others. I tried getting it through my local music store but they
don't have it. Could anyone tell me if I could order it direct and
what it is priced at ?
Also does anyone have the ph no for Kevin's Harps ? I was wondering
if they might have the book.
