Norbert, there are many (and I don't think you *ever* want to use an amp with
more than this wattage), so think "tube amp" and listen before you buy. I have
used two Fender reissues with satisfaction: The Vibroverb and the '59 Bassman. I
also have tried a Peavy Classic 50-410 and liked it. Just look for tubes and 10"
speakers. The Vibroverb has two of these and the others have four, which help
fill a club if you're playing out.
