The tool I am talkng about is:

The Dremel Moto-Tool Model 395 Type 3.  With variable speed adjustment.  The
tool fits in your hand and it has a shaft on which you attach a rubber
polising wheel.  Nbr 461 is the long cylinder rubber shape for polising
metal.  Ideal for polishing the reeds instead of using the file to tune the
reeds.  The rubber polshing wheels costs under $3.00 doors.  The Dremel
Moto-Tool cost from $75-$90 dollars.

Model builders use the tool to work the model planes cars, etc.

You can go to any hardware store and they usually have a line of Dremel
tools.  They are made for light work.
