Thanks and Bending

Hello All;

I want to start off by thanking everybody that responded to my
"What to Buy?" posting.  I ended up buying and 'old' Marine Band,
not one of the new "MS-Component" ones.  It is wonderful and I
find it easier to bend than the "Blues Harp".  The store didn't
have and "Special 20's".  I think I will order one just so I know
how they play also.  Thanks again.

Speaking of bending. Quick question.  I can bend draw notes with a
continuous air stream ( ie. unbend-bend-unbend) but it doesn't 
sound anything like when I start with a "hard bend" on 2 or 3 draw.
If I really atttack a 2 or 3 draw bend from the start I get a lower, 
louder tone that (I hate this editor)
I can hold until my lungs are full, but I can never get this sound if
I try to go into a bend from the unbend note.  I try to draw harder,
I play with my mouth shape, but it just won't growl for me.  Any comments
or suggestions would be most appreciated.
