The Farrel company in Ohio sells two different types of glue and it is very inexpensive. I don't have his number with me but I'm sure others on this list have it handy. I have also used clear nail polish in a pinch and then dry it under a lamp but this is less than ideal since you need an adhesive that adheres well to metal.
