Same in the other main island of the Anglo-Celtic Archipelago. Last night
I was talking to (probably) the best player in the country about an Irish
harp newsletter (watch this space, folks) and he said "Give me a call and
drop in for a jam some time. If you're seriously into learning, I'll help."
No elitist attitude of what's this amateur up to or he can learn it the hard
way like I did or this guy's trying to ruin my living. Just, if you want
to learn, I'll help.
