Name 'em 'cause I don't think there's anybody close to WH's tone today, except Mr. Portnoy.
As for effects, I don't think WH used too many with the possible exception of echoplex which
Jerry uses a Boss digital delay for.  I grabbed an old analog delay pedal which sounds great.
Incidentally, I don't intend this as a flame, but I really don't think anybody alive beats Jerry 
Portnoy's tone, although there are ton's of guys that I like.  Jerry is the Tone King!
