When I interviewed him for my book, Magic Dick told me he usually used a Fender Champ in the studio when he was with J. Geils. These days he uses a new Fender Twin on stage. By the way, Bluestime, the new band led by Dick and J. Geils, just released their first album on Rounder. --Kim Field
