What about the main character in "Once upon a time in the west" by Sergio Leone
(spelling?).
He is even called 'Harmonica' throughout the film. And gets the compliment:
"You play well, harmonica!" after doing nothing else but bending the 4 hole on
a C harp. Actually, I recall that this is the only thing he plays (several 
times) in the whole film (but it's been a long time since I saw it).
But I thought there is some pretty good harmonica in the soundtracks (com-
posed by Enrico Moricone) of Sergio Leone's films, although I don't know 
details.

But then again, I never play Trivial Pursuit ;-)
