James Moody

I heard that recently James Moody died.  James wrote the test piece for the
International Harmonica Championships in 1987 and a couple of classical
pieces for the harmonica.  I think he worked closely with either Tommy Rilley
and/or Sigmund Groven.

I need some confirmation of these facts and additional information for a
short obituary for the Harmonica Happenings Newsletter.
