Irish harmonica master Brendan Power was born on this day in 1956.  After
moving to England from his native New Zealand in 1992, Power immersed
himself into the Music of his Irish Ancestry, becoming one of the masters of
Irish harmonica styles.  His "New Irish Harmonica" CD is a landmark in that
genre.
