Blues guitar and harmonica player John "Bobo" Jenkins was born on this day
in 1916.  Jenkins hoboed around the country for several years before
settling down in the Detroit area, where he became a regular fixture in the
local Blues scene.

Blues guitar and harmonica player Joe Willie Wilkins was born on this day in
1923..  Wilkins taught himself how to play the harmonica while growing up in
rural Mississippi.  Over the years he worked with Sonny Boy Williamson II,
Robert Jr. Lockwood, Willie Nix and others as well as making some recordings
of his own.

British Blues harmonica legend Cyril Davies died on this day in 1964.
Davies was a founding father of the British Blues scene and helped to launch
the careers of Mick Jagger, Jack Bruce, Robert Plant, Keith Richards, Ginger
Baker, Charlie Watts, Jimmy Page, Nicky Hopkins, Long John Baldry, Rod
Stewart and many others.
