Heimond Harps

Due to the drastic money change done in Argentina (one dollar used to be
equal to one peso, while now a buck is 2.90 argentinians), those well
known brand harps like Hohner, Lee Oskar and else became quite expensive
down here. Music stores brought "Heimond"Chinese harps at a reachable
price (about 8 dollars)... I am about to buy some of these. The
questions are: Do any of you owe these? How do you evaluate their
performance, if so?
Thanks in advance.
