Dude!! Its Walter Bennan.  Ok Ok I would say that it is Tommy Morgan.  This was a very popular movie, one of my favs, and it was done at a time when Tommy was in his hay day and doing alot of westerns.  I also like the part where Walter Brennan starts to play along with the trumpet player playing the "del guayo" from the saloon.  That also sounds like Tommy's work.
I'm comin' in Stumpy!!
