1923,  Though he is best known for having developed a distinctive style of
playing the guitar, Doc Watson is also an avid harmonica player.

Blues singer and harmonica player Little Junior Parker was born on this day
in 1927.  Parker learned to play the harmonica from Sonny Boy Williamson II
and also played with B.B. King and Howlin' Wolf as well as having several
hits of his own.

Harmonica player, technichian and list member Jimmy Gordon was born on this
day in 1960.  Jimmy's been playing since he was four and has performed with
J.J. Cale, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bonnie raitt and others as well as being a
respected harmonica technician.  Happy Birthday Jimmy!!!!
