Lenoir worked with Sonny Boy Williamson II, Elmore James, Muddy Waters and
many other Blues greats as well as recording several albums of his own.

Alternative Rock singer and sometimes harmonica player Mark E. Smith was
born on this day in 1957.  Smith is the founder and front man for the group,

Birthday greetings go out to Blues harmonica player and historian Scott
Dirks, who was born on this day in 1958.  Scott's written a fine book on the
life of Little Walter as well as having worked on several albums.  Happy
Birthday Scott!!!!!
