Classical Composer Henry Cowell was born on this day in 1897.  Cowell wrote
"Concerto For Harmonica And Orchestra in 1961 for John Sebastian, Sr.

Blues singer and harmonica player Dusty Brown was born on this day in 1929.
Brown taught himself to play the harmonica at the age of thirteen, then
became a part of the Chiocago Blues scene starting in the late 1940's,
working with Muddy Waters, Little Walter and others.

Blues harmonica player Sonny Terry died on this day in 1986.  Sonny was one
of the truly great harmonica players, developing a unique style and making
hundreds of records, both as a solo artist as well as with long-time
partner, guitarist Brownie McGhee.

Birthday greetings go out to list member David Strait, Jr., who was born on
this day in 1944.  happy Birthday David!!!!!
