Even running into a 1 meg input impedance, a 10 meg pot will give the mic a
higher impedance to run into (0.9 meg) than a 5 meg (0.8 meg).  No it's not
much of a difference, but it *is* different.

But you WILL hear a difference running that 10 meg pot crystal/ceramic into
a higher impedance, such as a gridleak input with the gridleak resistor
removed, or (especially) a voltage follower.
