    Have you ever tried in-the ear monitors? They cost more than =
standard stage monitors at first but they eliminate all sorts of issues =
on stage like feedback and rumble. They also allow each member of the =
group to adjust prefered volume. Shure makes both wired and unwired =
systems that can grow as your budget grows. They also eliminate the need =
for that big ol' power amp.
