If you are using Media Player 9 under Windows XP, there is a way to
change the speed "built in". I had some trouble with the eval versions
of some of the software mentioned by others, got mad, and did a search
for speed changing stuff for windows and some pointer or another on
a Microsoft page tipped me off. A little searching and there it was!
It seems to work OK, but I believe it needs to be a file, not off a
CD.
