Dylan played harp? I thought that wierd noise was his soul screaming, or train wheels screeching, or a beat-up old foot-pedal organ wheezing.

Seriously, I always liked it, even when it made me cringe, because it's appropriate to the sound he seeks. It always amazed me that he was so good at controlling the instrument yet he made the sounds he made. Go figure. Vive la difference!
