I think that what you did is a great thing!
I myself have an aunt living in Nashville (I'll have to visit her some
day, hopefully soon. Hear that, Jason?) and she is blind. She is very
active and in no way is she restricted by her disabillity. She also
uses a talking computer and writes often to the whole family.
I have a personal blog in Portuguese, which was complicated for her to
read. So I restyled it. And now it works. It continues to look stylish
to visual users, and usable to her. Not much work was necessary, just
a little bit of awareness.
Anyway, I think that this attitude is quite important, especially
since the harmonica is a non visual instrument, and surely very
appealing to people who cannot see.
