I asked Bob Boblink how he liked them last Saturday when I saw a couple
nestled among the chroms, bass, and double harps in his kit. He said he
liked them a lot and played a couple of tunes on them (flawlessly). He did
mention that they took a while to get used to but that he liked them enough
to buy more than one.
I began to wonder if it is the type of playing that makes them better to
some players than others? I wonder if it is because players like Mr Boblink
comes from the Harmonicats, Johnny Puleo, chromatic tradition as opposed to
the blues tradition? Although I don't use mine much to blast blues (they
seem to take a lot of wind), I find them nice to play soft, flowing, melodic
runs. 

Anyone chrom players have any opinion on this slant?

explored earlier in the thread).
