[Harp-L] Blues Week Experience

One of the most awesome experiences at Blues Week is the student band concert.
 
After the day class is over, there is an organized band lab class available. Blues Week students on all instruments get together and are put into blues bands, rehearse 3 songs together with guidance from the instructors, and put on a show at the end of the week.
 
I've heard the most amazing music come out of the student bands - it is one of the highlights of the week. 
 
There is also a student talent show on Friday afternoon. Everyone is encouraged to participate. This is not a jam with a back up band, but an amazing array of music in all shapes and sizes.
