Sam Hinton used to play a four holer from inside his mouth while playing 
guitar.  It sounded like music. It wasn't the main part of his act.

Have you considered learning to play with your nose?  If hands free 
playing is the equivalent of playing the guitar behind your back, nose 
playing sounds like the equivalent of doing the splits.  T Bone Walker 
wasn't shy about using cheesy gimmicks.  <g>
