Who can help provide you with a 4 pin cable for your 545.
  As for adapters, I don't know, however its no big deal for a mic tech to
wire up a short 4 pin plug cable to either a 1/4" jack for unbalanced high
impedance, or an XLR jack for unbalanced low impedance.  A short cable with
4 pin at one end and appropriate jack at the other would be a more than
adequate "adapter".
