You won't get better advice than this.  Follow it word for word.  If I'd 
done all this when I did my CD I'd have saved myself a fortune.  I'd just 
add that it's a great idea to have used as much of your material as possible 
in live performance before you go into the studio.  Even symphony orchestras 
do that!
