This has been extensively covered on Harp-L in the past, suggest you check the archives first thing.

Specifics:
For about $100 new, the Digitech Digidelay is a very nice pedal, very flexible and includes tap tempo so you can set delay to the tempo of the music.

Digitech's RP-80, 100, 200, and 300 amp modelers are about to be replaced by the RP 150, 250, etc., and Musician's Friend is currently blowing out their stock of RP100/200/300 devices at steep discounts. These units include very nice delays, but without tap tempo. They're inherently more complex than a simple delay box like the Digidelay, but if you want a lot of bang for the buck and are willing to take on the steeper learning curve consider one of these.

Historically, delays by Boss have been very popular, and there are one or two currently available that fall in the $100-and-down price range. Ibanez delays are also popular with guitarists.

For an idea of everything that's out there, go to musiciansfriend.com, type in "delay" in the search window, select your price range, and see what comes up.

As always, see what other people have said about a given unit ont he Effects Database in harmonycentral.com before you lay down your money.

The whole mic/effect/amp chain is involved in your sound, so my final advice is to take your money, your mic, and your amp to the nearest full-service music store and test every delay that falls into your price range with your setup, then choose the one that you like the best. If the sound of a particular delay inspires you to play great stuff, that's the delay you want.
