When Jimi Lee is backing the SPAH blues jams, you can be assured things are
going to get funky.  And Jimi can really play that funky harp racked.  How
well the rest of us do in keeping up with him when we go off in that
direction is a matter of opinion, but usually there's a half-dozen cats that
can lay down some good funk riffs to my ears. So while I generally agree
with your premise, I'm not sure I'd go as far as hen's-teething it.

Also to Chris' list of funkiful harpers (Wells, Ricci, Peloquin, Wonder
Levy) I'd add Jimi Lee and also Madcat.
