It can make a difference if the jaw harp is in key with you, but most jaw
harp players do not have that luxury and are in the key of "noise".  I have
never really been into playing a lot with a jaw harp player, but I have done
several Texanna gigs with a re-enactor here who has the good taste to stay
in key with us (he has a full set of jaw harps) and he can be a pleasure to
play with.  Of course, he also has good taste and control and knows when to
be a loud jaw harp and when to stay in the background.
