Garry,

there is a German website of Klaus Rohwer who even built himself a harmonica
case with a heating, in order that his harmonicas always have the right
temperature for playing. It's fairly well illustrated. He uses foil which is
normally used to pre-heat bathroom mirrors to avoid them steaming up. The
foil is mounted under an aluminum plate.

one additional thing that'd be good to know is whether you think open or
closed cell is more suitable for use inside of harp cases, and why.
