Or try riding a bike uphill with no hands while playing harp.  It's very
difficult.  (I don't do this specifically for the aerobic benefit, it's
usually because I'm riding somewhere and I don't want to stop playing when I
get on my bike unless I'm on a trail)

Simply taking a walk through the neighborhood while playing the harmonica or
singing can be good exercise.
