If you go to http://www.winamp.com , you'll see 'Plug-ins' on the Nav bar. You can browse though the tons of plugins under 'DSP/effects' or 'General', but the easiest way is to use the Search. Some of the most useful ones are 'Loop Master' for looping - 'PaceMaker', 'NT Pitch', or 'Slow Me Down' for Time/Pitch stretching.
