Not sure I understand what you want to retune. A Koch harp is effectively chromatic without overblowing, and only four bends are needed (if my calculations are correct) to obtain the full chormatic scale on all three octaves.

Be warned, however, that they are overall atrocious instruments, leaky as hell and requiring a lot more breath to play than a regular diatonic or chromatic.

  I am enjoying the Major cross tuning a great deal, but wonder about the
  missing notes-I have had some success filling in the blanks with OB and also
  by valving some holes, but since I am adventurous, I am thinking about
  acquiring a Hohner Slide harp or the Koch to retune.

  These are not cheap and don't seem to be discounted either. Of course, they
