Pucker is another bad term, along with suck and blow. Single note playing  
should not be a "pucker". You don't pucker when you take a sip of water, do you? 
 You can learn to relax and let the harmonica rest on your lips like that 
glass  of water, moving it towards you and away from you until you achieve a 
single  note.
 
Pucker is for whistling or sucking up a piece of spaghetti.
