I'll begin by taking a reading of the reeds and determine how much each needs to be tuned, then work on three or four at a time, especially for the blow reeds. I reattach the plates with the minimum number of screws and test with the covers held in place with my fingers. And repeat as much as necessary, or as much as I have the patience for at the time. :-) John
