They have all kinds of fantastic metronomes that have beats and rhythms 
built-in and those you can program. They are not cheap: They cost most than $20, 
probably $150 at Internet discount prices. I checked them out about a year ago 
and got distracted with some other project and never bought one. (when I   
found my old Yamaha windup model (no longer made) that has a bell ringing on the 
first beat).

The DB-30 has "24 beat variations with complet beats and 9 rhythm patters"

They Boss page also has demos -- so you know what you are getting.
