It all depends on how much you want to spend.

A Fender Blackface Bandmaster Head is a lot cheaper on eBay than the  
Bassman heads and is a great alternative.
They have the same circuit as a Fender Concert and Super Reverb   
(AB763). Rick Estrin used this circuit in it's Super Reverb format  
for over 20 years. So did Butterfield. So that's pretty good company  
to keep.

The cheaper end of the market and depending on the volume you want,  
you could try the Epiphone Valve Jr head.
