Either your memory is imperfect or I don't know the tune. I just played the song in fourth position in the lower register. Lots of bends, but no overblows or overdraws.

I don't have Johnny Mercer's version. As I know the song, the melody at the word "but" in the line "But I miss you most of all" played in fourth position is 5 blow.
