My favorite is Sittin' In With the Greats because it has vocals and space for your solos like a real jam. And also the songs without any vocals so you can just play through the whole song (like you would *not* do at a jam, haha). And then there are the Pete Schmidt Ultimate Blues Jam Vols 1 & 2 discs, the first built specifically for harmonica based on feedback from this list way back. 

Then there's lots of great stuff from folks like David Barrett, Jon GIndick, etc. "Best" of course is a very relative term, whatever is "best" for your personal tastes is "best".
