[Harp-L] Madison Slim w/Reverend Raven Revue - Orlando gig

Slim plays harp/sings.
Reverend plays guitar/sings

Together they make a great front line - bass/drums are totally supportive -
always playing the right stuff.

Madison toured with Jimmy Rogers for a few years. He decided early on his
life's purpose - play excellent blues harmonica. That's all he's ever done and
he is very happy. Slim plays in the style of Big Walter - he focuses on the
POWER of one note, octave, trill, etc. When he let's a stream of fast notes
out, it is a real treat, as fast is the exception and not the rule The power is
in the tone.

The Reverend plays, sings and leads the band - creating sound scapes,
grooves and hypnotic black holes that sucked the audience in for an emotional ride.
The whole group works as a single unit to create these effects.

Good blues and a great experience.

See 'em if you can.
