I've always been a diatonic kinda guy (not alotta dough),,from my teen years in the sixties, listening to John Mayall, Paul Butterfield, Jack Bruce, Al Wilson, and of course, the "old blues guys" during my college off-hours listening to old vinyls in the audio-visual department.

I may just bust out the ole' chromatic I inherited from my step-father (rest his soul) and give it a try,,

Just amazing. The understated beauty. The fluidity. Great, great playing by these masters. Definitely inspiring.
