Well, that one will certainly use a lot of bends.

The next place you'd go would after that first bent note would be to
release the bend, then go back to the full bend. Then to Draw 3 bent a
semitone, followed by lowering the bend another semitone. Those same
bends occur later in the tune, with other non-bent notes going as high
as Draw 5.

That way of playing the tune is in 11th position - like playing in Bb
on a C harp.

Try starting it on Blow 2 as well. This will require you to use the
one-semitone bend on Draw 2 and both the 2-semitone bend and the
3-semitone bend on Draw 3, and the one-semitone bend note on Draw 4 -
*not* as a wailing note but as a chord tone. There you're in 4th
position, like playing A major on a C harp.

Get command of these two versions and you can play it in two keys a
semitone apart - play it first in A, then repeat it in Bb. It could be
a small show-off piece.

There are other positions that will work your low bends on this tune,
but they also require overblows in addition to bends (like starting on
bent Draw 1, Draw 2 bent down a semitone, Draw 3 bent 3 semitones, 2
semitones, or 1 semitone).

I have been working out some basic melodys to work on my low end
bends and can't fingure out all the notes in "Happy Birthday." I'm
starting it on the 2 draw full bend. Most of the tabs out there
start it someplace different so you don't have to bend....but I want
to make it difficult.

Any help?
