On the video, they guy is playing a standard-tuned harp in second position - you can hear the regular (note raised) Draw 5 when he plays an upward run. Mostly he just chugs on the draw chord and occasionally bends Draw 2 or Draw 3. Key of the tune sounds like B, which would put him on a E harp.
