[Harp-L] Harmonica Class

Are you the person who had the message on HarpOn about a harmonica class that you were teaching at a college in Michigan? If so you are using Mel Bay's "Deluxe Harmonica Method" with CD and DVD in the class. I have been trying to track this material down and have some questions. 

Is Phil Duncan the author? 

I have found two items which may be different: Deluxe Harmonica Method by Phil Duncan - Book+CD+DVD - Harmonica (Diatonic) Methods Series ($14.95);  Deluxe Harmonica Method: A Thorough Study for the Individual or Group with CD (Audio) and DVD ($19.95).  Which of these are you using and where can I purchase it?
