i'll tell you my answer, but it'll likely be wrong for you. 
a bunch of others will respond.  they'll be wrong, too.
the fact is, they're all good harps in that price range.
but they differ in shape, tuning, feel, etc.
the only real way to answer your question is to try
them and see what works for you.

me, i like the suzuki bluesmasters.  i like the way they
play, and love how they feel in the hand.  i'm also hoping
santa brings me a seydel blues session, based on
recommendations from others.  it has a similar shape.
