I recorded a solo medley of this piece with a couple of Jimmy Reed tunes on my first CD, "The Act of Being Free in One Act."  I played it in 2nd position on a G harp, as I recall.  The overblows are exposed, but the approach is always through the lower draw note, so they're pretty strong overblows, even on the Lee Oskars I recorded the piece with.
